James Barnes is a native of Cleveland, Ohio’s Ward 7 neighborhood. He launched his first successful business endeavor as a high school student. From this experience he learned the “basic principles” of running a profitable business enterprise. After graduation, he took those same skills & principles to build Northeast Ohio’s fastest growing janitorial services company. James is passionate about community engagement and economic empowerment. As of 2021, Immaculate Cleaning Company has become the official Cleaning Partner of The Cleveland Monsters hockey team to amplify their community impact.

He has worked hard to build a respected business and establish strong relationships with individuals and business organizations across Greater Cleveland, securing service contracts with reputable corporations and educational institutions.

James continues in his efforts to grow ICC, recently becoming a finalist and ultimately winning the Cleveland Chain reaction competition, as well as participating in many business growth events hosted in the city of Cleveland! He is currently expanding the Immaculate empire, forming IMG Immaculate management group which is comprised of multiple service businesses.
