We’re excited to welcome two incredible women whose work is rooted in healing, justice, and community.
Yaleita Watson is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in healthcare. She’s the founder of Watson Community Health Centre and Watson Community Connect—two organizations making mental health care more accessible, especially in communities that have historically been underserved. Inspired by her father, Anthony R. Watson, who was a passionate mental health advocate, Yaleita continues his legacy by being a voice for those often left out of the system. In the past year alone, she’s opened four new healthcare locations, and her mission remains clear: make compassionate, culturally aware care available to everyone.
