She founded Val Woods CPR LLC after losing her only sibling to cardiac arrest, with a mission to ensure that no family endures such pain due to a lack of CPR knowledge. Val is committed to empowering individuals with life-saving skills and knowledge in every training session. 

Val has been recognized in the media and won the NAWBO & AARP pitch competition for her passion for CPR education and awareness. However, her greatest joy comes from witnessing the transformation of her students as they embrace their ability to make a difference in their communities.
