About the event
Drs. Jennifer Macklin-Brown and Jessica Macklin-Patibandla, affectionately known as “Drs. Tymes 2,” are pioneering first-generation college graduates from Cleveland, Ohio, whose professional journeys mirror each other. Both earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Kent State University and their Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Chicago State University College of Pharmacy, where Jennifer served as President and Jessica as Vice President.
With a combined 15 years of experience in diverse pharmacy settings, Dr. Jennifer specializes in hep C, HIV, and chronic diseases, while Dr. Jessica focuses on fertility, compounding, and chronic diseases. Their passion for education and health led them to co-found Hands-On Health, a community-based nonprofit aimed at uplifting under-resourced communities. Through innovative programs like the Wealthy Heart, which provides free screenings and counseling, and the Health Science Lab, designed to inspire underrepresented students to pursue careers in healthcare, these sisters are making a lasting impact.
