Currently serving as the Executive Director at HFLA of Northeast Ohio, Carrie has been instrumental in driving the organization's mission forward since March 2023. Her tenure includes acting as the Executive Director, where she played a pivotal role in shaping strategies and guiding the organization through significant growth phases.
Before her impactful work at HFLA, Carrie enriched Ohio City Incorporated as the Director of Neighborhood Services, where she dedicated four years to enhancing community engagement and services in Cleveland. Her strategic vision and leadership were also evident during her time at the Foundation Center, where she excelled as Manager of Capacity & Leadership Development and as a Regional Training Specialist.
